Wirral Council’s Cabinet agree to continue council tax freeze for 2015/16

Last night’s Cabinet meeting included Labour’s fifteen page budget recommendation to Council on the 24th February so the items below are just some highlights. Although the Wirral Council element of Council Tax is being frozen at 2014/15 levels, the Council Tax for Wirral residents may still go up because of a rise in the amount for Merseyside Police.

  • Removal of charges for replacement grey wheeled recycling bins (140l, 240l & 360l) for two years to encourage recycling
  • Reducing the charge for replacement green bins from £37 to £24
  • £10,000 for each constituency committee for Community Clean-Ups and £15,000 for each area to tackle antisocial behaviour
  • Reduced car parking charges at various car parks including a trial for the first half hour of parking being free (from April 2015 to March 2016) at Seaview Road, Liscard Village, Liscard Crescent, Rocky Lane, Pye Road, Puddydale, Mount Avenue, Dee Lane and Concourse)
  • Adding an extra £300,000 for use on discretionary housing payments
  • An extra dog fouling warden for each constituency area
  • Continuing the local welfare assistance fund while a Scrutiny Review Group looks at recommendations on how it’s spent (expected July 2015)
  • Restoring monitoring of Council owned CCTV
  • Various extra posts to deal with antisocial behaviour

If you’d like to read the budget resolution, you can across these fifteen pages: Page 1, Page 2, Page 3, Page 4, Page 5, Page 6, Page 7, Page 8, Page 9, Page 10, Page 11, Page 12, Page 13, Page 14 and Page 15.

I just luv your new camera.

It makes “Phil the Dill” look as purple as “The Dunny Chain Wearer” or is that just a “Wirralgate” tan.

More interesting is that in a role reversal “The Shyster” will have to take advice from “Phil the Dill’s” ugly twin brother.

On how the comb over works.

Sorry to be so irreverent and childish on your blog John but they are such playground bullies.

And as for the Tories falling out….. she should spend less time in the hair salon and keep her word and anyone with a Raving Loony on side should be careful in what they say.

There is just no room for churlish, childish politics in Local Government just do as the people want and keep a check on corrupt officers.

Got up early this morning excited to watch this Kitchen Cabinet Meeting brilliantly filmed on your super duper new camera.

Are “The Pretend Friend” and “The Football Shirt” sleeping together at 1 hour 3-4 minutes until she disturbed them to speak?

I found it hard to swallow prior to that when “Moonshine” and the two blonde bimbos she sat between could talk about the poor and the number of suicides around those people who have wasted hundreds and hundreds of thousands of pounds on business support.

“Phil the Dill” counting himself out of that early in the peace because he is on the board of “The Chamber Pot”. The organisation ran by she who ran Invest (In myself) Wirral unsuccessfully and wanted to close down Wirral “Funny” Biz 18 months earlier than they were but was told to keep her gob shut. Her words..

Wirral “Funny” Bizz that “The Football Shirt” has quoted bullshit success rates for and not guilty of anything is about to be dissolved in the next month or so. That is how successful they were THE ONE THAT GOT AWAY.

And they got away with hundreds and hundreds of thousands of pounds supposedly helping the poor of Wirral aided and abetted.

I feel sick thinking of these people John keep up the good work.

Just had a look at that trash local sponsor paper of the Clowncil.

Hugo talks so much sense about voting a new face

“But the main benefit will be they the “New Faces”cannot be any worse that what we have at present, you can bet your life you will certainly wake up the useless parasites who have taken your money for years and given you nothing in return. No matter what your political party belief is they for the most part are all the same, self interested money grabbing trash.”

I agree totally in the absence of just bringing in the Administration.

If the 66 cannot do something about “The Shyster” gagging everybody and “The Football Shirt” and other senior officers lying publicly and privately well bring in somebody who will.

I can’t thank you enough for not taking my posts down and that goes for Wirral Leaks also.

I am just an ordinary person who has been deeply deeply hurt by “The Football Shirt” “The Pretend Friend” “The Chamber Potty” and most of all by the despicable slimey “Shyster”.

These ***holes were told of criminality and wastage that is so ridiculously bizzare that people might not believe.

By the same token 66 total muppets were given all of the evidence and probably apart from Simon Kelly have ignored for their own selfish, orrible reasons.

For God’s sake John what does a man have to do?????????

Ps I am almost ready to do what a man has to do.

I suppose the time is nigh were only nice things can be written about our wonderful politicians with elections on the horizon.

It would be interesting to know how many legal actions are being taken against clowncills across the country?

Which local members are up for it this year?

I presume “Phil the Dill” and “The Dunny Chain Wearer” are amongst them they are keeping a very low profile or are they quietly getting at it?

I think everyone should obey Hugo and vote a new face.
