I will declare at the start that I have a close relative paid a pension from the Merseyside Pension Fund. Below are 11 pages of the minutes of the Investment Monitoring Working Party meeting held on the 5th March 2015. On the advice of officers, councillors on the Pension Committee on Tuesday resolved to keep these minutes out of the public domain on the basis that it was “Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information)” and that “in all the circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information”.

I disagree and think there is a public interest in these minutes being in the public domain in the interests of openness and transparency.

  1. Please why do the Council treat the fund as its own personal ‘piggy bank’?

  2. G’day John

Just reading the rubbish paper from over Stella’s Wirral Waters.

Found a recipe for disaster which I reckon will end up a bigger stink than Wirral “Funny” Bizz.

It has all the right ingredients

The Liverpool City Region Local Enterprise Partnership and Wirral Chamber of Commerce have also provided the company with additional support.

    Watch this space.

      1. G’day John and Bobby47

It will be in the headlines in the next year or so, trust me, there is no point reporting it.

Bobby me old china plate (no reference to any council contact from east of England).

I wonder Bobby what you might think of what their doctors must say to them, those that are lying and hiding reports..

My doctor is always keen to follow the story of Wirral “Funny” Bizz and their mates at The Clowncil as I think he has political aspirations. He looks like he is only just out of teenagership he is older though and too smart to join Merseyside Labor.

He asks if they have fessed up yet?

Remembering “Highbrow” and I are the honest ones he asks me if I am having dark thoughts.

I say no darker than the fake tanned, nicotine stained skin of the liar.

He asks why I need painkillers?

I say they are a real pain in the arse.

He then asks me if I would like to talk about it to anybody?

I say yes I would like to talk to the Information Commissioner and the main man (wouldn’t be a woman) at DCLG. But they seem to be on their side.

So Bobby if my doctor asks questions like that to me…an innocent… what would the doctor of the lying barstards and the abettors of the liars at the Clowncil say to them.

        Ooroo

        James

Keep up the great work boys and Lyndale will be saved.
