Where are the free Wirral Council firework displays on the 5th November 2015?

Wirral Council will run firework displays starting at 6.30pm on the evening of the Thursday 5th November 2015.
The firework displays will be held at the following locations:
Birkenhead Park (Lower Park, Night Pasture football pitch) Park Dr, Birkenhead, Merseyside CH41 4HY
Central Park (cricket pitch) Off Liscard Road, Wallasey, CH44 8AA
Lingham Park Edgehill Road, Moreton, Birkenhead, Merseyside, CH46 6AN
Mayer Park Off Higher Bebington Road, Bebington, Wirral CH63 7PL
Mersey Park Tranmere, Birkenhead, Wirral CH42 6PA
Upton Park Upton, Wirral CH49 4NQ
Woodchurch Community Centre, Carr Bridge Rd, Wirral CH49 8EU .
In addition there will be a community display at Leasowe Adventure Playground, Oxley Ave, Wirral, Merseyside CH46 1RU.
At the time of the firework displays this evening the weather forecast is for a 20% (1 in 5) chance of rain, a temperature of 13 degrees centigrade (which will feel like 11 degrees centigrade due to the wind). The wind direction will be SSE at 10 mph with gusts of up to 19 mph.

I think people should go to the Clown Hall tonight for their entertainment.
Much warmer, cheaper and safer than a bonfire.
Watching the 15 or 20 or so Clowns, most from “Kitchen Cabinet” making complete galahs of themselves in public.
20 damp squibs all in one place synchronized without technology.
Purple headed, fatter than any Guy “Foulkes” and stupid enough to burn their fingers with the issues of lunacy they are considering.

Saw the Liscard park fireworks from my evening job, the one which earns me money to pay my council tax, from what i saw it lasted about 20 minutes and i bet it cost thousands to stage so nice to know where my hard work goes!
I think most of the displays lasted around half an hour (although I heard plenty of fireworks all night that weren’t from Council displays).
This blog post about the fireworks displays was viewed 811 times yesterday and the blog saw 827 visitors yesterday compared to the usual 100-300 visitors.
So I’ll do something similar next year too as people seem more interested in this sort of information than reports about public meetings!

4 of those you refer to are politicians, so it’s up to the people of Wirral as to whether they want to reelect them (usually every 4 years).
1 is a post that is a legal requirement anyway. Who is in it is decided by a meeting of all Wirral Council councillors to decide who they want in that post (or if the person leaves who they want next).
So the decisions over these positions are either in the hands of the people or the politicians and not within the power of the Chief Executive to decide.
