Invoices published below for the first time today show that Wirral Council spent £16,412.04 with Weightmans on legal advice on proposals for redevelopment of Birkenhead Town Centre. Advice was given by Weightmans to Wirral Council on the preferred development agreement (later referred to as a lock out agreement) with developers Neptune Developments Limited.

Wirral Council’s Cabinet agreed last month to consult staff at Europa Pools, which might be relocated as part of the regeneration proposals.

  1. Just love it when Wirral Clowns waste our money on shit!
Maybe they can send some my way when i send them an invoice for f***ing my forkseals on my bike from all the bloody potholes on the Wirral.

  2. when the WBc undermines laws such as FOI, seeks to use questionable tactics at Fernbank Farm, has no concern when in ISUS and Working Neighbourhoods a member of public speaks for half an hour of the untruths told by its officers as evidenced by the data published by the Council itself; when its Director of Regeneration is allowing a bust company to shied assets from its creditors because they were bought using BIG public funds..

..why is WBC ever using lawyers at all?

    • Why, well because if things later go wrong, they can blame it on bad legal advice from a third party, that way nobody at Wirral Council gets the blame.

      • And I thought it was only so “The Shyster” didn’t have to do any work.

In actual fact I have never heard him say anything that is half clever.

Not just a “Shyster” a “Charlatan”.

        Ooroo

Ps And you can tell the elected members know he is useless..

  3. Birds of a feather and all crooks together!

  4. G’day John

To put it bluntly Wirralbizz above is saying “The Football Shit” is a lying barstard that is not fit for any purpose and why should he be tolerated?

His little puppet “The Chamber Potty” will do or say anything/nothing on his behalf because she is just……….nothingness.

  5. […] on from yesterday’s blog post about how Wirral Council spent £16,412.04 on legal advice for regeneration of Birkenhead Town Centre, you only have to look at the lease for New Brighton’s Marine Point to see why Wirral Council […]
