21 Conservative councillors have requested a special meeting of Wirral Council councillors to discuss the future of Girtrell Court. Based on promises that the replacement service would be “equal to, or better than” Girtrell Court, the councillors point out that the twenty bed service at Girtrell Court is being replaced by a ten bed unit.

Therefore they do not believe that replacing a twenty bed service with a ten bed service is “equal to, or better than” Girtrell Court and call upon the Council to reverse its decision to close Girtrell Court.

The public meeting to discuss the future of Girtrell Court is expected to take place on the evening of the 14th November 2016 in the Council Chamber at Wallasey Town Hall, Brighton Street, Seacombe, CH44 8ED. It will start at either 6.15 pm or when the previous meeting to discuss the future of the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority finishes.

  1. G’day John

Enjoy “The Kitchen Cabinet” this morning.

When they are asking for oodles of dosh for more and more consultants for “Phil the Very Very Deluded Dill’s” hair brained ridiculous golf resort please remind them how they sent £60,000.00 up in smoke on bonnie night.

They are totally delusional over Jack and his Beanstalk’s golf course that would be a damp squib just like Kev and Stella’s Stinking Stagnant Wirral Waters.

    Ooroo

    James

They are just rank amateurs John and shouldn’t be allowed near the till.

The same idiots that let bigger idiots at Wirral “Funny” Bizz away to Portugal with £2,000,000.00.

  2. G’day John

Their ex rubbish local propaganda sheet

Cabinet approves plan to spend £600,000 on consultants and legal fees for Hoylake’s deluxe golf resort

I phoned “Highbrow” to talk of this but I couldn’t get him to stop laughing.

They issued the list of BIG fund recipients.

Proving Burgess was in amongst the lies of the senior officers AdderleyDadderleyDooLally and “Humpty Dumpty like “Ankles” was into the pork pies when he was “The Dunny Chain Wearer”.

No wonder John they hid the list of recipients for over five years and no wonder they didn’t get “The Shyster’s” toy boy barista from London to defend this list that is so outrageous.

“Highbrow” just phoned again John and was quoting one of the companies just set up to get the dosh.

He said no wonder the Information Commissioner told them to issue the list he/she must have been totally appalled.

“Highbrow” will be at an Fudge It and Risk It Mis-Management meeting to confront his “mate” “The Pretend Friend” very soon.

    James

Ecca Ecca Ecca what you going to do now they are indefensible.

    An apology to start……………

Or, are you going to say you didn’t inhale???????

  3. G’day John

I am absolutely fuming the more I think of Adrian Jones ex-mayor-mayor saying to “Highbrow” you can’t win boyo.

He was Cabinet Member for Regeneration what a terribly terribly sick society.

Him being The Thicker than the Chair Chair of The Fudge It and Risk It Mis-Management Committee is an absolute disgrace in modern business.

How dare the welsh cretin suggest that “Highbrow” cannot prove criminal activity and cheating, lying and obfuscation.

Who does he and his clowncil are?

    Ooroo

    James

    1. At other councils the thinking is that a councillor who is not of the party in charge should chair the Audit and Risk Management Committee.

In fact the LGA Improvement Board recommended co-opting independent people to it and an independent Chair.

That recommendation was accepted, but never implemented.

Reason why Phil Davies thought it was a bad idea (but left the last LGA Improvement Board meeting early).

Wirral Council behaves like a rogue state in many ways.

      1. Keep up the brilliant work John.

Wait until you see the analysis of the BIG recipients and compared to what Burgess, Adderley and Ball said at the farce of a public meeting into Big, ISUS and Working Neighbourhoods on 8 October 2014.

        Ooroo

        James

And John that raving lunatic tory that suggested “Highbrow” should apologise at that same meeting should be sectioned the old fool could be dangerous.

And as for “Crabapple” who chaired the meeting and said thanks for coming sarcastically to the whistleblowers, well……..thanks for going.

          1. John My Boy

It is disgraceful this BIG scandal how AdderleyDadderleyDooLally got promoted and a massive pay off and is still about.

Then to get Basnett not to speak up, Ball, who knows, Bradbury mute Jones and Jones to side with him, Garry who knows who got him to write a croc of **** report and get paid off.

Then there is Tour, Davies, Davies, Foulkes ohhh the list is endless.

            Ooroo

            James

There is not a decent or moral bone amongst them.

            1. You write, “There is not a decent or moral bone amongst them.”

              Everyone has their good days.

Tour – managed to delay the closure of Lyndale School by weeks because he messed up a change to Wirral Council’s constitution making it impossible to take the decision to close the School, see here.

Foulkes – said that whistleblowers were courted and feted, became a whistleblower to the press, then got the Wirral Council whistleblower response and was forced to apologise and branded a liar.

Davies (P) – claimed £241.10 on expenses in one week, his mate Adrian Jones tried to explain to the press (in an attempt to manipulate the press that backfired) why journalists shouldn’t be requesting details of councillors’ expenses and of course the expenses fiasco also led to the secret taxi bill for councillors of nearly £3,000 being exposed

So, as I say they all have their good days (even me!)

  4. G’day John

Well well well America has got fed up of the legal fraternity.

When will the people of wirral realise that this lot of crass crud and effluence that congeals around Brighton Street in the form of senior officers and clowncillors do just whatever they want and then hide behind “The Shyster” and his ILL Legal Department.

No wonder with BIG ISUS and Working Neighbourhoods they told the police there was no case to answer.

That John is because if they had someone might have been in a position to break out of Pentonville the other night.

    Ooroo

    James

What was that Reno link John errr oh yes like some other sins just check out the BIG recipients.

I do hope Ecca is not up to his acne ridden tentacles with this gang on Burgess’s Stairway to Hell.

    1. Democracy has always been inefficient James. They talked at the last Cabinet meeting of wanting to run Wirral Council like a business. It’s not a business though, it’s a monopoly (a form of business that is not allowed because it ends up distorting the marketplace)!

  5. Request for the establishment of an Ethnic Department within Conservative Central Office to focus on the developing the Party s appeal to minorities generally
