There were 11 rejected ballot papers, the electorate was 11,336 and the turnout was 30%.

Wonder how many of the 1,761 knew the conduct of the previous incumbent.
Would be surprised if it’s more than a dozen.

But people change and some people will forgive politicians nearly anything (except maybe cheating in an election).
