   Just going back to my previous comments about the LGA Chronicle Awards if you look at their site Wirral don’t get a mention.

   If you look at the local rubbish propaganda thing they are God’s gift.

   1. There is a Most Improved category, but you’re right Wirral Council don’t appear on the page of photos of winners of awards in 2015.

4. Once again, outstanding work Brace. Really outstanding! My response? I’ve no idea how ‘we’, the people who are funding this madness, can ever halt this slide.
   There’s no bloody stopping them! No amount of nudging, kicking and spitting in their direction seems to have any impact upon this bureaucratic monstrous beast of burden that’s designed to eat, consume and devour all that we throw at it.
   It’s truly desperate when they can do all these things, claim its good governance, then tell us that it’s saving us all huge chunks of cash and then rub our noses in it all and claim, our transformation from bloody ‘abnormal’ to bloody wonderful is now complete.

   1. You write far more eloquently than myself, but the role of the press is more to highlight these matters.

      It’s then up to politicians & officers as to how they wish to respond to knowing this information. If the public wish to use this information to ask their representatives to do something about issue X, that is up to them.
