Has Labour been using Wirral Council email addresses for party political purposes?
An email (copy of which is below) was sent to Cllr Brian Kenny (to his Wirral Council email address) from the political assistant (using her Wirral Council email address) based in the Labour Office at Wirral Council. By the use of the word “All” in the email it was sent to others too.

Lidl offer Wirral Council £820,000 for land north of Upton Fire Station (subject to planning permission and site surveys)
Lidl GB Limited have offered Wirral Council £820,000 for a 0.3 Ha (0.75 acre) piece of land adjacent to Upton Fire Station. However the offer is subject to Lidl being granted planning permission and surveys of the site.

Contract Natural Gas Limited fined £320,000 after pleading guilty to not disconnecting gas supply in New Ferry
This is a report on Contract Natural Gas Limited’s plea and sentence which happened in January 2019. Reporting restrictions were in place until the end of the trial and re-trial of Pascal Blasio to “avoid a substantial risk of prejudice to the administration of justice”.

With 75% of PIP Tribunal appeals resulting in an overturned decision, isn’t it time the Government accepted recommendations from the Second Independent Review to improve trust and transparency?

Mersey Port Health Committee (Liverpool City Council) 10th October 2019
The Mersey Port Health Committee (which has councillors from Wirral, Liverpool and Sefton on it and oversees the work of the Mersey Port Health Authority) met on Thursday afternoon in the West Reception Room at Liverpool Town Hall.
