I am a member of the Liberal Democrat Party, although the reasons behind publishing are to help with public understanding of elections.
I’ve not been asked to do so by the Liberal Democrat party, if that’s what you are implying.
The Conservative candidate in Claughton ward Barbara Sinclair’s return is here https://johnbrace.com/election-expenses-2011-wirral-borough-council-claughton-ward-candidate-barbara-sinclair-agent-barbara-poole-2011/ and https://johnbrace.com/election-expenses-2011-wirral-borough-council-claughton-ward-candidate-barbara-sinclair-agent-barbara-poole-page-2/ .
Everything published is part of a public register, that anyone can view (if they so wish) at Wallasey Town Hall. The public are also entitled to copies (at 20p/page).
Hope that makes it clearer that I’m not singling out Cllr Foulkes in any way, he just happened to be the first form on the top when I went to scan them in.
